RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

At My Ship, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we
understand that sometimes an exchange or return is necessary. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order or delivery date.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with original tags attached. Items also cannot be returned or exchanged without a text and email receipt or gift receipt.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, PayPal, Store Credit, etc). If the original payment method is unavailable or canceled, the return balance will be issued as a store credit. Original shipment fees are non-refundable.

All FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Online and in-store purchases may be returned to our Ogdensburg Store or shipped to the address below. We will refund the purchase price as long as there is a receipt included. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return via mail unless the items are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please email us at friends@myshiplife.com prior to sending your items back to request authorization of your exchange and to confirm that your desired item and size for exchange are in stock.

Upon receipt of a confirmation email, please send the original merchandise to the below address.
